FAQ

  • Teams must have a minimum of 6 members, and a maximum of 12.
  • Teams must be co-ed and have at least 6 players (and a maximum of 8) present on the court during play, with at least 50% of players being female at all times.
  • Member of a team may only play on one team during the day.
  • Each participant must sign and bring their waiver in order to enter the event.
  • Spectators are welcome and are free of charge. 21 and up only. No exceptions.
  • Parking is $10 per vehicle, cash only. Please carpool!
  • Gates open at 9:30 am.  Do not arrive early. You must be checked in by 10:30 am.  Allow ample time to get checked in. First game starts promptly at 11 am.
  • No tailgate parties.
  • Must wear shoes to play.
  • No refunds under any circumstances.
  • No re-entry to the event. Carry all tents, chairs etc. in one trip.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

  • Cash for parking, food, drinks, merchandise, etc.
  • ID, must be 21+ to enter this event.
  • Duct Tape, plan on taping your shoes to your feet.
  • Protective eye wear.
  • Towel & change of clothes.

WHAT SHOULDN’T I BRING?

  • No outside food or beverage allowed. Only coolers with ice and unopened packs of water are allowed.
  • Alcohol. No outside alcohol or drinks allowed. Beer will be available for purchase on-site.
  • Grills.  No BBQ or Cooking Allowed. Food vendors will be on-site.
  • Glass. No glass bottles or containers of any kind.
  • Dogs or pets.
  • Children, or anyone under 21 years of age.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

  • This Tournament is just for fun, please keep it classy  :-)
  • This is a one day, round robin Tournament.
  • Six co-ed teams play on the same court, 5 matches each, weather permitting. Top team from each court advances to Playoff Round.
  • Round robin matches are for fifteen minutes or to 25 points; win by 2, 27 point cap.
  • Playoff matches are for 15 minutes or 25 points, win by 2, 27 point cap. Single elimination format.
  • Teams not ready at game time will forfeit that game.
  • Teams will change sides at thirteen (13) points.
  • There will be one winner from each court in round robin play determined in the following order:

 A. Winner of the most matches on the court.

 B. Total points of all matches played.

 C. If there is not a clear winner, it'll be a Tug-O-War.
